We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team and contribute to the development and enhancement of applications in an international context with multicultural teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing new features using Apex, creating Flows, and building efficient solutions to deliver a great experience for end clients.

We value continuous innovation, so we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about AI technology and eager to leverage modern AI tools to optimize their day-to-day work and delivery.

• Requirements
• - Advanced English, fully capable of conversing and collaborating comfortably with native speakers;
• - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud;
• - Configuration and customization of Salesforce, including Flows, Validation Rules, and Apex;
• - Developing and maintaining Lightning Components (LWC);
• - Integrating with REST APIs within the Salesforce platform;
• - Source Code Management Tools (Git);
• - Agile development practices, including Jira or similar issue tracking tools;
• - Enthusiastic mindset regarding AI, with a drive to explore how AI can boost developer productivity and code quality.

Nice to Have

• - Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) in your workflow;
• - Experience working with CPQ, subscription management, or recurring revenue models;
• - Experience with AWS Lambdas, Boomi, or Zuora;
• - Salesforce Certifications;
• - Node.js with TypeScript;
• - Experience with AWS CDK.
