• Position Overview:
• As an SDET, you will play a critical role in designing and executing robust automated and manual testing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between development and testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality is embedded from the early stages.

• Key Responsibilities:
• - Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts.
• - Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms.
• - Collaborate within agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices.
• - Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• - Analyze test results and quality trends, proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
• - Conduct root cause analysis and support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream.

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Must-have Skills:
• - Proven experience as a QA Engineer or SDET.
• - Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, C#, or JavaScript).
• - Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit).
• - Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman or RestAssured).
• - Experience with Device Farms
• - CI/CD practices
• - Advanced or fluent English communication skills.

• Nice-to-have Skills:
• - Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
