At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Senior QA Automation, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our software products. Your expertise in automated testing will drive the creation of robust solutions while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality applications that meet and exceed client expectations.

• Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest or similar.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Implement best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Continuously improve test processes and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Perform back-end testing to validate API, and server-side components or responses.

• Requirements:
• Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail, Jira, or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Nice to Have:
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms.
• Exposure to API testing and security testing.
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
