• Job Summary
• Loenbro is seeking Journeyman Electricians for project-based work throughout Colorado, from Denver to Loveland. We are looking for safety-focused, self-motivated professionals with experience in industrial and heavy commercial environments.

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to install, start up, troubleshoot, commission, and service industrial electrical systems and equipment. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and delivering reliable solutions in demanding project environments.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial and heavy commercial environments.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to complete electrical installations accurately and efficiently.

Perform start-up, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of electrical systems and related equipment.

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with NEC requirements, project standards, and company safety policies.

Collaborate with project teams, customers, and other trades to support successful project execution and on-time completion.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

Licensed Journeyman Electrician with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience; successful apprenticeship required.

Must possess a valid Nebraska state electrical license in good standing or reciprocal licensing from AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, or WY.

Familiarity with data center systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.

Proficient reading blueprints, one line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics.

Skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, device trim, and load bank operations.

Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; able to work independently as required.

Must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred:

Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Work Environment:

Regular onsite work in construction environments; exposure to varying temperatures, noise, heights, and confined spaces.

Frequent climbing, lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, walking on uneven terrain, stooping, kneeling, and use of respirator when required.

Regional travel between projects may be required.

This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
