What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish.

Managing manpower, production, schedules, and jobsite execution.

Developing and mentoring apprentices and Journeymen.

Maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.

Coordinating with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors.

Identifying and solving problems before they impact the project.

Building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.

Ensuring projects are delivered with excellence.

What You'll Bring

Montana Journeyman Electrician License.

Proven Foreman experience leading commercial or industrial projects.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, plans, and specifications.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Ability to develop and coach others.

High level of accountability and professionalism.

Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel throughout Montana as projects require.
