Job Summary



 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Jr Buyer Direct located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Direct the Jr Buyer Direct is responsible for procuring direct materials and components to support production requirements, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, and supplier compliance with delivery, quality, and cost expectations.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Create, maintain, and follow up on purchase orders based on production demands and MRP outputs.
• •Monitor supplier deliveries, order confirmations, and shipment status to prevent material shortages.
• •Manage supplier relationships and support cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• •Review inventory levels, shortages, and excess material to ensure optimal stock management.
• •Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Production teams to resolve material issues.
• •Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• •Maintain procurement records, reports, and purchasing documentation.
• •Support invoice reconciliation, supplier claims, and debit/credit resolutions.
• •Participate in supplier reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •BA/BS Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• •Jr experience in a similar position.
• •Intermediate- advanced English (spoken and written).
• •Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• •Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
