PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

You will be part of the Corporate Accounting Team, supporting the department with responsibilities including:

Day to day activities:

Payments (on-line banking system)

Booking of invoices

Bank reconciliations

Customer statements reconciliations

Vendor statements reconciliations

Weekly / Monthly activities:

Petty cash reconciliation

Check and follow-up on employees’ travel expenses

Quarterly activities:

Book closing journals – accruals / prepayments / revaluation of balances

Support the team to meet the closing deadlines

Collect and provide supporting documents for year-end audits

EXPERIENCE

Experience in an accounting role is a plus.

COMPETENCIES

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Office package (Excel, Word and Power point).

IT literate (quick learner of various systems and how they are connected).

Team spirit and to provide regular feedback to manager.

Positive attitude.

Knowledge of D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Accounting / Economic studies and background.
