Junior Data Analyst

• This role supports Talent Acquisition and HR teams by turning workforce and recruitment data into clear, actionable insights.
• You will design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, Workday reports, and recurring management information reports.
• The position combines data analysis, reporting automation, data quality management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• You will work with HR and recruiting datasets to analyze hiring funnels, turnaround times, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce trends.
