Junior HR Process Specialist (with German)

Your role

You will serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Additionally, you will manage HR systems and data, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to projects that enhance the overall employee experience.

Your tasks

Handle client queries via phone, chat, email, and case system.

Administer HR processes and transactions.

Clarify HR policies and procedures.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your profile

Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (min. B2)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer service orientation and proactive attitude.

Student status or completed higher education.

Interest in HR and willingness to grow in this area.
