• What will you be doing day-to-day?
•  Utilize your keen eye for detail to transform spaces into unique and visually appealing designs that align with
• clients' preferences and functional needs.
•  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite is essential, as you'll be responsible for creating
• and presenting design concepts that effectively communicate your vision.
•  Stay on top of industry trends, bringing fresh and contemporary ideas to every project, ensuring our clients'
• spaces are modern and inviting.
•  Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets, while providing
• professional guidance throughout the design process.
•  Demonstrate your love for furniture and accents by curating exceptional pieces that enhance the overall
• aesthetic of each project.
•  Showcase your exceptional on-site management skills, overseeing the execution of design plans,
• coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the flawless implementation of your designs.

• Experience Styling
•  Deconstruct briefs and conceptual ideas quickly and thoroughly and in turn bring relevant team members up to
• speed.
•  Articulate strategic creative briefs and ideas concisely.
•  Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients.
•  Work with concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a visual representation via mood boards,
• sketches, original artwork, manipulation of imagery, etc.
•  Work closely with the Head of Department in the preparation of experience & environmental concept
• presentations, all the way through to final project delivery.
•  Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, space plans, drawings and contribute to the ideation.
•  Ensure that thorough research is conducted, supporting the team with inspiration, to compile and present their
• findings, insights, and inspirations.
•  Create functional, inspiring space plans that consider circulation, experience, and utilization of natural resources
• such as light, ambiance, natural backdrops, cultural notions, etc.
•  Source and select appropriate furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories that align with the design concept.
•  Choose and define suitable color palettes, wall coverings, fabrics, and textures to enhance the overall aesthetic
• of spaces and environments.
•  Participate in onsite installations across all aspects of experience styling including arrangement of furniture,
• artwork, decorative objects, and accessories in an aesthetically pleasing and functional manner.
•  Brief and support visualisers in the production of best-in-class visuals and renders.
•  Be the design guardian throughout the project delivery to ensure your big ideas are as powerful as they were
• when pitched.
