Junior Key Account Manager

We are looking for a sharp, dependable and proactive Junior Key Account Manager to support the management and operational growth of foodpanda's top restaurant chains. In this role, you will bridge day-to-day execution with strategic account growth, ensuring our highest-priority partners run smoothly while helping uncover performance insights alongside Senior Key Account Managers.

• •Operational excellence: Oversee day-to-day operational efficiency, menu or inventory compliance and service availability for foodpanda's top chain accounts to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences.
• •Problem solving and initiative: Ideate and execute targeted initiatives to overcome operational blockers, reduce cancellation rates and boost overall account performance.
• •Data-driven support: Collaborate closely with Senior Key Account Managers to analyze vendor performance data, identifying trends, bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• •Partner relationship management: Serve as a responsive point of contact for routine partner inquiries, resolving operational issues swiftly to build trust and maintain strong partner relationships.

• •Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce, food delivery, account management or commercial operations.
• •Trainability and learning agility : A fast learner with an eager mindset who can quickly absorb new systems, internal processes and industry tools.
• •Dependability and ownership : Highly reliable with strong follow-through; someone who takes full accountability for managing account health and meeting operational targets.
• •Intuition and problem solving : A resourceful thinker with strong commercial instincts who can anticipate partner needs and proactively propose practical solutions.
• •Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets and operational metrics to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• •Communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external chain managers.
