We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources Team! This individual will report into our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and will own full-cycle recruitment for assigned entry- and mid-level roles, supporting the hiring process from intake through offer and start. This includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating each stage of the hiring process, and maintaining accurate candidate records to support SupplyHouse’s talent acquisition goals. This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 3 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility
Base Salary: The expected starting salary for the position is $45,514 to $56,892 within a full position range of $45,514 to $68,271 annually. This range reflects the long-term earning potential for the role. Our starting pay practice is the minimum to middle portion of the range, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity, consistent with applicable law and it is rare for a new hire to start above the midpoint.
Responsibilities:
Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, university relationships, networking, AI-assisted sourcing tools, and other tools available to attract top talent
Review applications and resumes, using AI-assisted screening tools as a first-pass filter within established company guardrails, while always applying independent human judgment before advancing or eliminating any candidate
Conduct interviews via Zoom and complete detailed, thoughtful interview scorecards and evaluations
Schedule and coordinate interviews, hiring events, and walk-in interview days as needed, to ensure a smooth, organized experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Administer technical, creative, and personality assessments, as well as background checks, as needed or requested, to support hiring decisions
Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer, and own candidate communication throughout the process by providing timely status updates, follow-ups, and respectful rejections
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care, including performance insights, offers, negotiations, and disqualifications
Maintain organized, up-to-date, audit-ready candidate records; apply consistent, compliant evaluation criteria and candidate data privacy practices, in line with EEO, work authorization, and pay transparency requirements; and track key recruiting metrics
Represent SupplyHouse and promote its culture at university career fairs and other recruitment events
Stay informed on recruitment trends, job boards, salary data, and AI-assisted recruiting tools to help the team remain competitive
Draft and post job openings to the careers site, job boards, and university channels, and maintain accurate, up-to-date requisitions in Greenhouse
Complete reference checks and support the offer process, including offer preparation, internal approvals, and handoff to HR for pre-boarding and onboarding
Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Manager with additional recruitment tasks and special projects as needed
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead during job kick-off and recurring regroup meetings to understand requisition needs and hiring manager expectations
Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and pipeline quality, reporting on a regular basis to hiring managers and the broader recruiting team, and consistently meet the recruiting targets set by TA leadership
Requirements:
0-2 years of relevant recruiting or related experience
A genuine passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, process-driven recruiting environment with high attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, reference checks, offers, and rejections via Zoom, Slack, email, and phone
Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, and MS365, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
Comfort learning and using AI-assisted recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse AI, Claude) within established company guardrails and processes
