Junior Software Developer - Hanoi

Job description

Support senior developers and team lead to build features according to business requirements.

Write design documents.

Fix bugs and build feature changes as required.

Monitor code performance and support senior developers/ team lead to optimize performance.

Requirements

University graduated, majoring in computer science or IT or equivalent

Proven experience in software development with C#/.NET technologies

Hands-on experience working with relational database systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent database technologies.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data processing, exception handling, and clean coding practices.

Ability to analyze and understand existing source code, interpret business and technical logic.

Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and project/task management tools such as Jira or equivalent Agile collaboration platforms.

Basic English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documentation, participate in discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders and team members.

Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire and apply new technologies, tools, and development methodologies.

Capable of maintaining high-quality deliverables and productivity while working in a dynamic, high-performance environment with demanding timelines.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, TypeScript).

Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.

Experience working with Microsoft platforms and services, including Power Platform, Sharepoint, Dynamics 365, etc.

Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to support coding, code review, test case creation, and source code analysis.
