The Junior Training Officer provides administrative and coordination support to the Training & Development team. This entry-level role helps prepare training materials, organize sessions, assist with onboarding activities, and update learning content in the LMS. The position is well-suited for someone early in their career who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining experience in training operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Content Development:
Assist in developing and updating training materials including slide decks, job aids,
SOPs, quick reference guides, etc.
Customize training content based on client updates, product changes, and policy
revisions.
Upload and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Training Coordination:
Assist with scheduling and coordinating all training sessions.
Track training attendance, completion, and certification records.
Support training logistics including classrooms, virtual platforms, and materials.
Liaise with Operations, Training Leadership, Quality, and Workforce Management
teams to align training schedules
Training Delivery Support:
Co-facilitate training sessions, as required.
Provide onboarding support for new hire training classes.
Assist with assessments, quizzes, and evaluations.
Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Support audits and client compliance requirements.
Gather feedback from trainees to support continuous improvement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or another related field.
Six (6) months or more of experience in training support or BPO Operations.
Exposure to telecom products, systems, or customer service processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Basic facilitation or presentation skills.
Experience using LMS platforms.
