Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Trusted Partnership

• Partner with Sales to manage and support strategic customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention, growth, and positive customer experience.
• Understand customer goals and align internal teams to deliver on commitments.

Customer Success & Issue Resolution

• Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant Maersk products and solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction and successful execution of customer solutions.
• Proactively address customer pain points and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

Commercial Process Management

• Coordinate customer allocation and ensure commitments are met.
• Support Ocean tender activities and follow up with Sales and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate Logistics RFI/RFP, contracting, and contract renewals in line with pricing guidelines.
