Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the assigned region

Generate new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline

Build and nurture long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and distributors

Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for key clients

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and effective service delivery

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and performance metrics

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional business growth

Requirements Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Hospital Business (Pharma Sales)

Proven track record in pharma sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts effectively

Preferred Skills

Experience specifically in pharma sector.

B.Sc/ B. Pharma or a related field
