Boot Factory Outlet is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team!

We’re not your typical retail store. We’re all about boots, western style, great customer service, and creating an experience customers remember. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants an opportunity to grow, this could be the perfect fit for you! This position will mostly be working evenings.

As a Key Holder , you’ll be an important part of the store leadership team. You’ll help keep the store running smoothly, support your team, take care of customers, and help create the kind of positive, energetic environment that keeps people coming back.

- WHAT YOU’LL DO

• •*Support management with daily store operations
• •*Lead by example and help motivate the team
• •*Provide outstanding customer service and help customers find the perfect pair of boots
• •*Assist with opening and closing the store
• •*Handle cash and follow store security procedures
• •*Help train and support new team members
• •*Keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and looking great
• •*Maintain knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures
• •*Help create a positive, team-oriented store culture
• •*Step in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly

Requirements

Our Best Fit Candidates Would Have:

• •Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service leadership experience preferred
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to lead by example and support team success
• •Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• •High school diploma or GED required
• •Comfortable wearing western boots while working
• •Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing up to 60 pounds
• •Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and store technology
