Kitchen Support /Dishwasher

The Kitchen Support role contributes to the overall daily kitchen operations. This role is a vital part of the kitchen team. They will play a key part in stewarding, stocking and organization to ensure efficiency.

Kitchen Support Duties

• •Kitchen operations maintenance
• •Responsible for ware-washing, assist with kitchen production and meals, Ensures all wares are polished and stored to meet our high standards
• •Consolidation and rotation of prepared food items daily
• •Food Prep
• •Assist Chefs with food prep tasks as assigned
• •Performs stewarding tasks such as receiving, stocking, and tracking inventory to meet established food safety standards
• •Ensures daily and weekly cleaning schedules are met
• •Works well in a fast-paced environment
• •Detail oriented
• •High energy, positive attitude
• •General knowledge of kitchen operations and equipment

Kitchen Support Requirements

Education: High School Diploma

Years of Related Experience: 1 year in professional food service operation

Licenses/Certifications : Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification within the first 90 days
