Sales Agents /Kundenbetreuer für einen internationalen Telekommunikationsanbieter zur sofortigen Einstellung gesucht ( Remote)

  • Du betreust im Bestandskundengeschäft ( kein Neukunde) im Outbound
  • Du bietest passende Lösungen für Treuekunden und verantwortest die Ausarbeitung passender Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse im Bestandskundenbereich

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrungen und ein gutes Gespür für Kommunikation (Deutsch mindestens C1)
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit PC und gängigen Programmen ist vorhanden
  • Interesse und Neugier auf neue Produkte und Technologien
  • Du bist flexibel und arbeitest gern Remote und Schichtsystem ist keine Problem für dich
  • ( Montag bis Freitag: 09:00–20:00 Uhr / Samstag: 09:00–13:00 Uhr- Die Einsatzplanung erfolgt im Schichtmodell
  • Kommunikative Quereinsteiger sind uns herzlich Willkommen
  • Teilzeit ist Möglich mind. 20 Stunden
