Job Role :-

  • Manage and troubleshoot AWS production environments and critical incidents.
  • Handle L2/L2+ incidents, changes, problems and escalations within SLA.
  • Strong hands-on experience with EC2, VPC, S3, EBS, RDS, IAM, ELB, Auto Scaling,
  • Route 53 and CloudWatch.
  • Troubleshoot complex networking, compute, storage and connectivity issues.
  • Manage AWS Backup, AMI, snapshots and DR/failover activities.
  • Perform Windows/Linux administration, patching, hardening and vulnerability
  • remediation.
  • Drive RCA and corrective/preventive actions for recurring and major incidents.
  • Perform AWS cost optimization, rightsizing and resource utilization analysis.
  • Develop automation using AWS CLI, PowerShell/Python.
  • Good understanding of Terraform/IaC and AWS automation.
  • Support security, compliance and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with L1, L3, application, network, security and AWS support teams.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, SOPs, operational reports and technical
  • documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
