• DESCRIPTION:
• Join our collaborative team as a Product Applications Specialist supporting analytical and scientific instruments. You'll develop and validate applications, create technical content, and serve as a subject matter expert to help customers advance their research and analytical capabilities. Working with R&D, marketing, and commercial teams, you'll contribute to innovation by translating customer needs into optimized workflows and solutions. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with scientists, present at conferences, and contribute to advancing scientific discovery across industries like pharmaceuticals, materials science, food safety, and environmental protection.

• REQUIREMENTS:
• •Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience with relevant analytical instrumentation and applications development
• •Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or related scientific field
• •Strong knowledge of chromatography, mass spectrometry, microscopy or related analytical techniques based on position focus
• •Demonstrated ability to design, execute and document scientific experiments and workflows
• •Experience creating technical content including application notes, presentations, and training materials
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
• •Project management capabilities and attention to detail
• •Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams
• •Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• •Proficiency with relevant software and data analysis tools
• •Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• •Ability to travel 25-40% for customer support, training and conferences
• •Experience with quality systems and regulated environments preferred
• •Programming/scripting experience beneficial for certain roles (Python, MATLAB etc.)
• •Fluency in English required, additional languages valuable
• •Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
