WinField United is seeking a Labeling & Graphics Specialist to manage the development, revision, and execution of regulated product artwork, including labels, packaging, and related materials. This role serves as a key liaison across Regulatory, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and external artwork vendors to ensure products are compliant, brand-aligned, production-ready, and delivered on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• •Manage artwork creation, revisions, approvals, version control, and production release.
• •Coordinate regulatory-driven labeling, packaging, branding, and product changes.
• •Partner with Regulatory, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and external vendors.
• •Communicate artwork specifications, templates, color standards, and layout requirements.
• •Review proofs, resolve discrepancies, and drive final approvals while minimizing rework and delays.
• •Ensure artwork reflects approved regulatory language and support audit-ready documentation.
• •Apply branding and template standards consistently across product portfolios.
• •Track artwork timelines, dependencies, and status while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
• •Maintain artwork databases, sourcing information, asset management systems, and version histories.

What You’ll Bring

• •3–5 years of related experience, preferably managing artwork, labeling, or packaging in a regulated industry.
• •Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and project-management skills.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication.
• •A process-oriented, continuous-improvement mindset.
• •Experience working with external artwork or print vendors.
• •Experience supporting regulatory-driven labeling changes.
• •Agriculture, seed, pesticide, fertilizer, or other regulated-product experience preferred.
• •Familiarity with EPA labeling guidelines, FIFRA, and OMRI highly desired.
• •Bilingual skills are a plus.
