• This is a specialist-level Labor and Employee Relations role supporting teams across North America, including Canada and the United States.
• You’ll lead complex and sensitive workplace investigations while providing practical guidance on employee relations, employment practices, and workplace conduct.
• The role combines hands-on case management with strategic partnership, helping leaders and HR teams address risks and strengthen the employee experience.
• You’ll serve as a trusted advisor on challenging situations, using sound judgment, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach.
• You’ll also identify trends across employee relations matters and translate insights into actions that reduce risk and improve organizational effectiveness.
• The position offers opportunities to design and deliver training, coach HR professionals, and contribute to broader labor and employee relations initiatives.
• This is a fully remote North American opportunity with occasional travel and meaningful exposure to complex, multi-business-unit environments.
