Laboratory Specialist

Responsibilities:

• •Manage laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
• •Perform quality control testing of raw materials and finished products and maintain related records.
• •Prepare and manage Certificates of Analysis (COA).
• •Maintain witness samples and laboratory documentation in accordance with company procedures.
• •Support customer complaint investigations through testing and reporting activities.
• •Ensure compliance with TSE, ASTM, DIN and internal testing standards.
• •Lead and support continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives.
• •Coordinate product inspections, audits and certification activities.
• •Monitor laboratory budget needs and equipment investments.
• •Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, EHS requirements and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

• •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• •1-4 years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• •Knowledge of laboratory testing methods, QC processes, and analytical techniques.
• •Experience with laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and verification.
• •Familiarity with TSE, ASTM, DIN, and related standards.
• •Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and EHS requirements.
• •Experience in COA preparation and laboratory documentation.
• •Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• •Good communication, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency.
• •Intermediate level English proficiency (preferred).
