What You Can Expect :

Liderar y desarrollar la estrategia del producto Land Side para las operaciones en Colombia.

Coordinar procesos logísticos terrestres, asegurando eficiencia operativa y altos niveles de servicio.

Trabajar de la mano con equipos comerciales, operativos y clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.

Hacer seguimiento a indicadores operativos y proponer acciones estratégicas para optimizar resultados.

Fortalecer relaciones con proveedores y aliados estratégicos del sector logístico y transporte terrestre.

What You Bring:

Profesional graduado en comercio exterior o carreras afines.

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en logística internacional, transporte terrestre o freight forwarding.

Conocimiento en operaciones Land Side y coordinación logística.

Perfil estratégico, habilidades de liderazgo y orientación a resultados.

Inglés es un plus, pero no es obligatorio.
