  • Humphreys Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman who takes pride in their craft and wants to lead the construction of some of Auckland’s most impressive residential landscapes.
  • Our projects combine detailed hard landscaping, architectural finishes, complex site works, planting and bespoke concrete swimming pools. They demand skill and attention to detail – and give you the satisfaction of creating something exceptional.
  • The role
  • You’ll take ownership of your site, leading a small team and turning detailed plans into beautifully finished outdoor spaces. This is a fully on-the-tools role, leading from the front!
  • You’ll be hands-on while organising the work, solving problems and keeping your project moving. Your work will include:
  • Site set-out, excavation, earthworks and levels
  • Hard landscaping, paving, concrete and pool construction
  • Drainage, soft landscaping and finishing
  • Coordinating your team, materials and daily site requirements
  • Maintaining quality and productivity from start to finish
  • About you
  • You’re an experienced landscape professional with strong construction skills who can confidently read plans, set out work and lead a team.
  • More importantly, you take ownership. You think ahead, notice the details and expect a high standard from yourself and the people around you.
  • Experience in swimming pool construction is an advantage.
