Our engineering teams operate with autonomy, shipping high-impact features on Laravel-based architectures while mentoring junior engineers and driving code quality, DevOps hygiene, and performance at scale.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional Laravel squad—define sprint goals, assign tasks, and ensure on-time delivery of features and bug fixes.

Architect and review Laravel applications: enforce SOLID principles, modular design, and performance optimization across APIs and web interfaces.

Own code quality: implement CI/CD pipelines, enforce PSR standards, conduct peer reviews, and maintain automated test coverage (PHPUnit, Pest).

Collaborate with DevOps to containerize apps (Docker), deploy to cloud (AWS/GCP), and monitor performance with tools like New Relic or Sentry.

Mentor and upskill junior developers—conduct tech sessions, pair programming, and career growth planning.

Partner with Product and QA to translate requirements into technical specs, estimate timelines, and prioritize tech debt reduction.
