Launch Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Launch Engineer to drive new product launch activities from the project phase through successful mass production. This role is responsible for coordinating and driving cross-functional activities to ensure product, process, and production readiness meet project milestones, quality requirements, and production targets.

🚀 Key responsibilities

Support and coordinate new product launch activities according to project plans and milestones.

Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, APQP, and other related departments to ensure project activities are completed on schedule.

Follow up on project tasks, action items, and deadlines and proactively communicate any issues or delays.

Review technical drawings, product specifications, and engineering changes and coordinate with relevant teams regarding their impact on manufacturing.

Support sample build, process verification, trial production, and production readiness activities.

Support APQP activities and follow up on project-related documentation and actions.

Identify project issues and coordinate with responsible teams to develop and follow up corrective actions.

Prepare and present project status, issues, and action plans to both local and international teams.

Independently communicate and conduct meetings in English with foreign colleagues and global teams when required.

🎯Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering field.

​ 1–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, production engineering, process engineering, project engineering, NPI, new model development, or a related field.

Experience in new model / new product launch or manufacturing project management.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production readiness.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications.

Strong project management, problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
