Introduction
As we scale robot deployments across retail partner locations, we need a hands-on coordinator to own the physical logistics behind every launch. This role is suited for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable doing real physical work — building stations, managing inventory, and getting equipment where it needs to go, on time and intact.
This is an on-site/field-based role, based out of our Burlington, MA facility with travel to retail partner locations as needed.
What You'll Do
Build and assemble physical stations/kits used for robot installations at retail partner sites
Handle and transport equipment safely, including lifting heavy objects and loading/unloading vehicles
Drive a rented U-Haul (or similar vehicle) to transport equipment between our facility, storage, and launch sites
Manage and organize an offsite storage unit, keeping inventory accurate and accessible
Label, track, and reconcile inventory across multiple locations and shipments
Support loading dock operations, including receiving, staging, and dispatching equipment
Assist with light facilities management tasks at our Burlington location as needed
Use basic hand and power tools to assemble, repair, or adjust equipment and station components
Maintain clear documentation of inventory levels, shipments, and station builds for internal tracking
What You Have
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Experience with inventory tracking, labeling, or warehouse/logistics work a plus
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
Able to safely lift and move heavy objects (50+ lbs)
Valid driver's license and comfortable driving a U-Haul or similar rental vehicle
Comfortable working independently and managing physical logistics with minimal oversight
Flexible and adaptable — this is a fast-growing startup where priorities can shift quickly
Prior experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, moving, event production, or facilities is a plus but not required
