• •Full Time Evening/Night - Flexible hours starting 6pm or after (for example 6pm-2:30am) 80 hours/2 weeks including every other weekend and holiday

Laundry Worker Responsibilities include:

• •Collects soiled items from halls and utility areas.
• •Sorts, weighs,washes, and extracts.
• •Dries, folds, sorts and labels clean linens.
• •Distributes to Health Care Center closets and wing carts in neat and orderly fashion.
• •Follows routine daily, weekly and occasional laundry area cleaning and sanitation schedules including daily cleaning of carts and dryers, cleaning of furnishings, fixtures, countertops, closets and other areas of laundry; mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting of floors, and emptying, cleaning and relining of waste receptacles.

Requirements

Laundry Worker Qualifications

• •Prior laundry and/or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• •Must be dependable and detail oriented.
• •Must possess a strong customer service focus.
