JOB PURPOSE:
Clerk/Cashier at Law Bookstore.
PREREQUISITES FOR ELIGIBILITY:
- Must be a registered Lewis & Clark LAW student for fall 2026.
- Priority for this position is given to Lewis & Clark law students.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bookstore cashier, customer service, stocking, cleaning, packing & moving boxes up to 50lbs. and other similar duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS DIVERSITY:
Ability to honor and work with all identities and individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College.
SCHEDULE:
- Hiring ONE student for fall 2026 to work as needed to cover employees with planned or unexpected absences and occasional weekend events. Student will be considered for regular spring semester work hours which are contingent on the availability schedule of the student (usually 6-8 hours per week).
- Must be able to work the following two shifts: Thursday, October 15th from 1:30pm to 5:30pm AND Saturday, October 17th from 2pm - 5pm. Additional shifts will be offered as they become available throughout fall semester but not required.
- Please apply ONLY if you are available for these two fall 2026 shifts.
- This position is scheduled to continue with regular hours for spring semester 2027 based on student's available schedules. Regular law bookstore hours are 10am - 5:30pm, M-TH & 10am - 3pm, Fridays.

$16.80 per hour

- Eligibility to Work
