As a Turf Route Manager, you will be responsible for managing a route of 400-500 customers, delivering excellent account management and customer service. You will perform turfgrass applications, fertilization, disease control, and other lawn care services.

Position will be based in Lincoln, Nebraska

Responsibilities:

• •Manage and maintain a route of 400-500 residential and commercial lawn care customers
• •Perform weed control, fertilization, and other turf treatments
• •Provide exceptional customer service and account management
• •Handle turf bid requests and create proposals for potential clients
• •Efficiently manage daily routes to ensure timely and quality service
• •Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive lawn care solutions

Requirements

• •3+ years of experience in green or agricultural industry preferred
• •High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor or Associates degree in agronomy, turfgrass or agricultural sciences is a plus)
• •Valid Driver's License
• •Ability to obtain DOT certification
• •Ability to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 months
• •Ability to lift 50 pounds
