About Us

Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. Our multidisciplinary teams include Board-Certified Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers/Licensed Professional Counselors/Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists . We focus on continuity of care—not triage—ensuring our patients receive comprehensive, and compassionate services to achieve their best quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• •Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments
• to set /manage treatment plans

Provide individual, family and/or group psychotherapy for seniors

Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team

Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)

Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate

Maintain accurate , timely documentation in our EHR system

Qualifications

LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the state of Texas

Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred

Spanish bilingual is a plus

Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally
