• This role combines hands-on video editing with creative team leadership in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
• You will create high-volume, short-form ads designed to capture attention and drive measurable results on Meta.
• Using advanced AI video tools, you’ll transform scripts, briefs, and references into polished, authentic-looking creative.
• You’ll experiment with emerging technologies while mastering AI-generated UGC, product integration, animation, hooks, pacing, and sound.
• As the team grows, you’ll also lead editors, manage creative KPIs, coach performance, and help scale the editing function.
