Lead Data Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Data Engineer based in the United States.

• This is a leadership-focused data engineering role combining technical ownership, team development, and strategic business partnership.
• You’ll lead a Data Engineering team while remaining hands-on with architecture, pipelines, infrastructure, and complex technical challenges.
• The role is responsible for building reliable, scalable data foundations that support reporting, analytics, and data-driven products across the organization.
• You’ll work closely with Finance, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders to turn business requirements into practical and sustainable technical solutions.
• You’ll establish engineering standards around architecture, modeling, reliability, performance, automation, and data quality.
