Lead Engineer Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in full stack development, including hands-on expertise in microservices architecture and backend technologies such as Python/Django, Node.js, and Java. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure full stack applications using MEAN stack, React, and Java technologies.Architect and implement microservices to enhance application modularity, scalability, and maintainability.Oversee technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.Integrate and manage data storage solutions with Oracle RDBMS and MongoDB, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to deliver seamless, responsive user interfaces using AngularJS, React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.Optimize application performance, resolve technical issues, and maintain high availability across multiple environments.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver impactful features on schedule.
