Lead Generation Executive – US Recruitment (Ahmedabad)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and energetic Lead Generation Executives to join our US Recruitment team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating candidate leads from the USA. You will engage with individuals actively seeking job opportunities, understand their basic job search requirements, and collect essential information for our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• •Generate candidate leads from the US job market using various sourcing methods.
• •Identify candidates actively seeking new job opportunities.
• •Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.
• •Understand candidates' basic requirements, experience, skills, and job preferences.
• •Maintain accurate candidate information and lead records.
• •Follow up with candidates as needed.
• •Collaborate with the recruitment team to share qualified candidate leads.
• •Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.
• •Maintain professional communication with all candidates.

Requirements

• •Freshers are welcome to apply.
• •Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• •Basic computer literacy.
• •Comfortable working a night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
• •Willingness to conduct outbound calls and engage with candidates.
• •A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• •Ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
• •Must be located in Ahmedabad.

Compensation

• •Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• •Experienced Candidates: Salary negotiable based on experience, communication skills, and relevant expertise.
