A Plus Garage Doors is looking for an outgoing, energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company inside Costco warehouses in Las Vegas .

Your role is simple: talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates.

No selling required inside the store — your focus is creating interest and setting appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

• Engage Costco Members
• Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors.

• Generate Leads
• Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.

• Represent the Brand
• Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.

• Create Opportunities
• Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.

What We’re Looking For

• ✔ Friendly, outgoing personality
• ✔ Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day
• ✔ Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• ✔ Reliable and professional
• ✔ Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours)

No garage door experience needed — we provide full training.

Pay & Compensation

$20 per hour base pay

PLUS

Bonus pay for every qualified lead booked
