We're looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to lead our Clark-based design team while driving the creation of high-impact marketing and corporate creative assets across print, digital, web, video, and emerging AI-powered creative channels.

As our Lead Graphic Designer, you will:

• •Lead, mentor, and support a team of Graphic Designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and creative excellence across all deliverables.
• •Design and produce marketing and corporate collateral including brochures, newsletters, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, signage, invitations, banners, and other branded materials.
• •Create compelling video content from concept development and storyboarding through editing and final production.
• •Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance efficiency, ideation, and workflow innovation.
• •Maintain and champion brand consistency across all visual communications.
• •Partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that achieve business objectives while maintaining exceptional design standards.
• •Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Bring

This opportunity is best suited for an experienced design professional who can confidently balance hands-on creative execution with people leadership.

Required Qualifications

• •5-7 years of professional experience within a design studio, creative agency, in-house creative team, or similar environment.
• •Proven experience leading or managing a small team of designers.
• •Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• •Strong understanding of both print production and digital/web design processes.
• •Demonstrated experience in video creation and editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.
• •Experience managing creative projects from concept through delivery while balancing timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• •Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
