Lead Instructor: Enterprise

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Instructor: Enterprise based in Finland.

• This is an opportunity to lead engaging, hands-on training for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimization tool.
• You will guide learners through realistic promotional planning scenarios, teaching the platform through practical workflows rather than feature-by-feature demonstrations.
• The role supports the adoption of consistent promotional terminology, processes, and ways of working across multiple global markets.
• You will work with participants ranging from beginners to experienced users, adapting your delivery to different levels of knowledge and confidence.
• The position requires strong facilitation skills, business understanding, and the ability to confidently demonstrate proprietary technology in a live environment.
• You will deliver a structured program of 30 virtual sessions, supported by onboarding, preparation, dry runs, and client-specific tool training.
