It scores live job postings against your resume with a readable A–G breakdown, writes a resume and cover letter tailored to each job, and fills the employer's own application form in your browser. You press submit yourself, or opt in per job to let hirly submit for you.

Most auto-apply tools optimise for volume, submitting hundreds of generic applications. hirly optimises for fit: it shows which roles are worth applying to and the reasoning behind each score, tailors the resume and cover letter to each specific posting, and leaves the decision to submit with the job seeker.

Does hirly submit applications automatically?

Only if you ask it to, and only for a job you choose. Autonomous submission is opt-in per job and requires explicit recorded consent. The default is that hirly fills the form and you press submit.

hirly has a free preview rather than a free tier: without paying you see three live openings scored against your resume and read the resume and cover letter hirly writes for each. Applying and downloading need a plan. Pro costs $8.99 a month for 400 ranked matches and 15 applications a day; Autopilot costs $29 a month for 800 matches and 40 a day.
