Lead Program Manager

• This role leads large-scale AI training data programs, overseeing strategy, delivery, quality, and client relationships across multiple projects.
• You will manage cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors to deliver high-volume operations against ambitious targets.
• The position combines program leadership, operational planning, financial management, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
• You will serve as a key client contact, leading governance, planning, business reviews, and alignment on priorities and changes.
• A strong focus on scalability, automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement will be central to the role.
• You will also partner closely with quality, operations, sales, and vendor management teams to ensure reliable delivery, compliance, and strong client outcomes.
