Requisitos
+6 años en QA Automation.
Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
Automatización Web y API.
Playwright, Cypress o Selenium.
Appium (deseable).
Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Diseño de frameworks de automatización.
Integración de pruebas en CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI o Azure DevOps).
Experiencia en Microservicios y APIs.
Inglés avanzado.
Deseable
Docker y Kubernetes.
Contract Testing (Pact).
Observabilidad (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic).
Performance Testing (k6, JMeter).
Responsabilidades
Liderar la estrategia de automatización.
Diseñar y evolucionar frameworks E2E y API.
Definir estándares y mejores prácticas.
Impulsar iniciativas de Quality Engineering.
Integrar automatización en pipelines CI/CD.
Acompañar y desarrollar al equipo de QA Automation.
