Lead QA Engineer (playwright & appium webdriver)

Our QA team plays a critical role in ensuring world-class reliability, performance, and usability across web and mobile applications—leveraging modern test automation frameworks to ship with confidence at startup speed.

Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation test suites using Playwright for web and Appium/Webdriver for mobile platforms.

Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies, identify edge cases, and ensure quality from feature inception to production.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar) to enable rapid, reliable releases.

Build reusable, modular test components and framework enhancements to reduce maintenance overhead and accelerate test execution.

Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent UX and functionality.

Monitor test results, triage failures, and work with engineering to root-cause and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
