Lead Research Analyst

• This is a senior, hands-on analytics role at the intersection of research, consulting, data interpretation, and client delivery.
• You’ll lead complex analytical workstreams from initial problem framing through final insights and recommendations.
• The role focuses on transforming large and complex workforce datasets into clear, decision-ready findings for strategic client initiatives.
• You’ll create compelling narratives, visualizations, and presentations designed for both technical and executive audiences.
• You’ll also help strengthen analytical standards by reviewing work, improving methodologies, and developing reusable frameworks and tools.
• As a senior contributor, you’ll mentor analysts while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams in a dynamic consulting environment.
