Lead ServiceNow Application Developer

• This role leads the development of scalable ServiceNow solutions that support complex enterprise business priorities and operational needs.
• You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, delivering enhancements, integrations, automation, and backlog remediation.
• The position offers an opportunity to work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to shape high-quality platform solutions.
• You will also leverage AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, including Now Assist and Predictive Intelligence, to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
• The role sits within an Agile delivery environment where collaboration, continuous improvement, peer review, and reliable deployment are essential.
• As a technical lead, you will guide senior developers, review code, and take ownership of complex integrations and high-priority development challenges.
• This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Bangalore, offering significant exposure to enterprise ServiceNow architecture and modern platform capabilities.
