Lead Software Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Software Developer based in India.

• This is a senior software engineering opportunity focused on advancing sophisticated aerospace simulation and digital engineering technologies.
• You will design, develop, enhance, and maintain software components within a complex co-simulation environment.
• The role combines C++, Python, SystemC, MATLAB/Simulink, software architecture, modeling, simulation, and system integration.
• You will tackle challenging problems involving hybrid systems, multi-formalism simulation, model exchange, and distributed or real-time architectures.
• Working alongside systems, software, model-based design, and test engineering teams, you will contribute to reliable, high-performance, and accurate solutions.
• You will also provide technical leadership, influence architecture and design decisions, and mentor engineers while supporting engineering excellence.
• This role is well suited to an experienced developer who enjoys applying advanced modeling and simulation concepts to complex, safety-focused engineering challenges.
