Lead Supplier Quality Engineer

• This role is responsible for strengthening supplier performance across quality, delivery, and cost while supporting a globally expanding supply base.
• You will lead supplier selection, qualification, audits, development, and improvement initiatives across critical manufacturing partners.
• The position combines supplier quality engineering, product development, process improvement, and hands-on problem solving.
• You will collaborate with internal product teams, commodity leaders, international stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve operational performance.
