How you will contribute, You will:

• •Experience analyzing existing tools and designing/building new automated planning solutions
• •Analytical Tooling: design, build, and maintain automated reporting and planning tools using advanced Excel (VBA/macros) and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• •Deep knowledge of supply planning processes : constraints, network flows, and planning models
• •Inventory & Process Optimization: lead initiatives to optimize inventory, service levels, and cash across the supply network — including boundaries revision, minimum run validation, NPI and waste reduction activities
• •Strong command of master data management: ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency to enable successful deployment
• •Ability to establish and maintain data check and control frameworks
• •Collaborates across functions to ensure E2E planning alignment
• •Comfortable acting as a change agent: championing new planning processes, tools, and ways of working across hubs
• •Inventory & Process Optimization: lead initiatives to optimize inventory, service levels, and cash across the supply network — including boundaries revision, minimum run validation, NPI and waste reduction activities
• •Lead the processes within the Supply Planning Hub: provide supply inputs and coordinate cross-functional alignment with other departments (like: yearly OP process, quarterly run rates revision, etc.)
• •Budgetary Cycle Coordination: manage and coordinate all Supply Planning activities within budgetary update cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What You will bring:

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• •5+ years in Supply Planning, preferably within FMCG, with a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• •Advanced analytical skills: you are the go-to person for making sense of complex data and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
• •Expert-level excel, strive to develop Power BI proficiency: including VBA, macros, automated dashboards, and the ability to design or re-wire automated tools from scratch.
• •Hands-on SAP experience (APO, ECC or equivalent planning systems).
• •Reporting & Data Visibility: strong knowledge of the BI and reporting landscape, with a genuine drive to improve data visibility and leverage it to deliver business excellence.
• •Cross-Functional Collaboration: excellent interpersonal and influencing skills — you build alignment across functions and work closely with the Central SP Team to ensure MEU-wide standardization and process consistency.
• •Inventory Governance: a thorough understanding of OpCo/EOC & GSCP model inventory requirements, with the ability to drive full adherence across the network.
• •Growth Mindset: a natural curiosity and drive to learn: you ask the right questions, challenge the status quo, and continuously push for best-in-class performance and benchmarking.
• •Comfortable in fast-paced, agile transformation environments where priorities shift and adaptability is key.
