Lead Talent Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Talent Partner to join our Concessions team within the Talent Department at Harrods. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies that enable our Concession Partners to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.

About the Role

The Lead Talent Partner will lead the pre-hire team and oversee the attraction, assessment, and selection of concession talent, ensuring the highest calibre of candidates are identified and onboarded into Harrods. You will have overall responsibility for managing agency relationships, monitoring agency performance, and ensuring all Concession Partner and agency colleague assessment and onboarding processes are delivered effectively and in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• •Facilitate the seamless induction of new employees, ensuring timely onboarding in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• •Develop effective partnerships with Harrods' Own Bought business areas that operate within a concession model.
• •Provide accurate information and regular reporting to key stakeholders on Concession Partner processes, performance, and activities.
• •Collaborate with internal HR teams to deliver integrated and effective people solutions.
• •Lead, coach, and develop the pre-hire team to ensure a high-performing and customer-focused service.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong people management experience, with a proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams. You will also possess a strong understanding of HR systems, data compliance processes, and recruitment best practices, with experience of Workday being advantageous.

We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, including Balanced Scorecards, to measure service delivery and business outcomes. You will have the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across HR teams and with key business stakeholders, influencing effectively at all levels.

It is important that you have:

• •Significant experience within a retail and/or hospitality environment.
• •A strong understanding of the concessions business model.
• •Excellent attention to detail, while maintaining an awareness of the wider business impact.
• •A sound understanding of employment law and company policies, and how these influence recruitment practices.
• •Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• •Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
